JoAnna Feldewerth is the Marketing Director at Keller Williams Realty and the Program Director for Agent Hat Solutions, serving the Vestavia, Homewood, Hoover, Trussville, Gardendale, and Alabaster Keller Williams offices in the Birmingham, Alabama area. With more than seven years in the real estate industry, JoAnna brings a rare blend of creativity, organization, and heart to everything she does.
A proud Samford University graduate with a degree in Communication, JoAnna began her real estate journey as an agent but quickly realized her strengths shined behind the scenes supporting others. Keller Williams soon brought her on as their front desk receptionist, a role that allowed her to get to know every agent and truly understand how the office operated. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail led to a promotion to Compliance Officer, where she reviewed paperwork for over 300 agents, ensuring every “i” was dotted and “t” crossed.
From there, JoAnna became the Assistant Market Center Administrator, managing agent payments and maintaining escrow and commission accounts. That role deepened her knowledge of finance, accounting, and the operational side of the business. After several years, she transitioned into a part-time assistant position while pursuing an art business, a creative venture that flourished for a time but eventually led her back to her true home at Keller Williams. In 2023, she returned as Marketing Director and Agent Hat Solutions Program Director, where she now helps agents grow their businesses through innovative marketing and creative strategy.
In her current role, JoAnna supports agents with both virtual and print marketing, branding, and design needs while also managing social media efforts for multiple Keller Williams offices. She is known for her unique, creative approach, from developing fun marketing ideas like recipe postcards and client games to founding the Bestavia Bazaar, an annual holiday market event that supports more than 80 local businesses. The Bazaar serves as a free client appreciation event for agents, featuring food, shopping, and community fun, all organized, coordinated, and marketed by JoAnna.
Her colleagues often describe her as both imaginative and reliable, someone who can dream up an original idea and then bring it to life with precision. JoAnna’s creativity, paired with her deep understanding of the many moving parts of the real estate world, makes her an invaluable resource to agents and offices alike.
Outside of work, JoAnna finds joy in photography, art, music, cooking and baking, spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs, writing (including a book she may or may not ever share), and being involved in her church. She loves the beach, a good cup of coffee with a pastry, and even made her own wedding cake as a labor of love for her special day. JoAnna met her husband, Andrew, at a frisbee game while attending Samford, and together they continue to build a life centered on creativity, hard work, and faith.
JoAnna often says she would not be where she is today without the grace of God and the encouragement of the people He has placed in her life. She is especially grateful for the love and support she and Andrew have received from Keller Williams Realty Vestavia, whose leadership has walked alongside them through some of life’s hardest moments. JoAnna believes deeply that God has a plan for every person’s life and prays that everything she does, both personally and professionally, reflects His goodness and helps point others toward Him.
